About the Role:
Based on the success of JumpCloud, the SMB team focuses on smaller deals (200 employees and less) in new and existing market segments. The team seeks talented individuals to continue disrupting the directory space, anticipating 2.5x growth in the next few years.
We operate in a Product Led Sales model, assisting IT professionals and business stakeholders to improve their organization's security posture and enhance IT effectiveness.
Our target market:
Commercial segment, including SMEs and companies up to a few thousand employees, many of whom rely on IT service partners for their Identity Access Management / Directory Services solution.
This role presents a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing sales team in the India region, impacting the overall partner/sales business.
Role Responsibilities:
- Focus on new logo acquisition within a territory in the India region.
- Manage the full sales cycle.
- Conduct demonstrations with pre-sales support.
- Utilize tools like Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and Gong.
- Proactively prospect CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end-users.
- Convert inbound leads and BDR/SDR passes to closed opportunities.
- Convert leads generated by partners into closed-won opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing and stakeholders on partner/channel enablement and pipeline generation programs.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive activities.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience selling technology solutions to SMBs and midmarket firms.
- Experience selling via Google workspace partners and resellers.
- Generating 3x to 4x pipelines for B2B sales deals.
- Technology sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Experience selling and prospecting to new customers.
- Adherence to a defined sales process.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Salesforce.com experience for opportunity management and forecasting.
- Exceptional organizational skills for a high-volume, transactional environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of SaaS product sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of targeting and closing deals with SMB customers.
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) preferred.
