Full-Time Account Executive - SaaS

Account Executive will execute the full sales life cycle from prospecting to close, driving revenue and ensuring customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing.
• Engage in high-volume outbound activities (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to source qualified leads.
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand customer pain points and needs.
• Track and manage leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and HubSpot CRM.
• Refine outreach strategies and optimize lead generation efforts with marketing.
• Conduct personalized software product demos to showcase features and benefits.

Experience Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of B2B SaaS full sales life cycle experience, ideally focused on selling to Hotels (B2B meeting and event planners).
• Experience closing deals with an ACV (average contract value) of $2K-$10K.
• Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales, meeting daily activity metrics while maintaining high-quality interactions.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or similar CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own pipeline.
• Strong time management across prospecting, pipeline management, internal collaboration, and closing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively communicate value to customers.
• Resilient, strong communication, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with early-stage SaaS or the meetings & events industry is a plus.
