Account Executive - Screening -South Fort Worth
Join the growing Screening and Early Detection team at Guardant Health as a field-based Account Executive.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospect and target healthcare providers for high utilization of SHIELD to screen patients.
- Meet sales goals, maximize budgets, and execute national strategy.
- Drive strategic business expansion/collaboration with providers.
- Develop and implement a business plan aligned with brand strategy.
- Identify and partner with national, regional, and local labs.
- Initiate and secure lab service agreements.
- Identify opportunities, share best practices, and communicate with cross-functional partners.
- Analyze competitive landscape and provide customer feedback.
- Structure detailed strategic plans for gaining and retaining clients.
- Manage promotional activities to support sales & marketing strategies.
- Work effectively with individuals across multiple departments.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure company goals are met.
- Represent Guardant Health company culture.
- Required Experience
- 4+ years direct experience in customer-facing sales (healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals)
- Proven consistent closing abilities and performance that exceeded expectations
- Comfortable communicating, presenting, and selling to healthcare providers
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage in consultative selling and address client needs
- Strong knowledge of market, customers, distribution, and product
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Maintain confidentiality
- Develop cross-functional relationships
- Work independently and manage multiple projects/prioritize tasks
- Strong administrative skills to manage business
- Proficient in in-person, phone, and virtual selling
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva)

- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with diagnostic products, blood-based testing, or phlebotomy
- Product launch planning and execution experience
- Familiarity with primary care practice landscape
- Personal Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to meet doctor office/clinic access requirements
- Ability to travel daily throughout territory
- Salary Range
- US base salary range: $116,000 - $133,000
Salary details are not inclusive of benefits, bonus, commission, or equity. Individual pay determined by factors including location, skills, experience.
