Role Profile Account Executive/Senior Account Executive We are looking for a highly motivated, client-focused Account Executive to join our team. In this key role, you will drive business growth, manage customer accounts within your portfolio, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. You will collaborate with a dynamic, cross-functional team and play a pivotal role in shaping client relationships while uncovering new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Leadership Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standard of service. Build and nurture long-term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of client goals. Proactively identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and introduce new solutions that add value.
- Collaborative Service Delivery Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure exceptional client experiences. Champion superior customer service, taking the initiative to resolve issues and consistently exceed client expectations. Act as the voice of the client, coordinating with cross-functional teams to bring effective solutions to life.
- Strategic Business Growth Uncover new business opportunities within your accounts, driving additional sales through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings. Review account performance, financials, and transactional data to provide insightful recommendations for improvements and growth. Assist in the development of strategic plans that align with client goals and help achieve both short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Effective Communication & Reporting Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, including the Chief Revenue Officer, on account status, risks, and opportunities. Work closely with other teams like Project Management, Sales, Marketing, and IT to resolve any challenges and ensure smooth operations.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation Support proposal writing, sales presentations, and client-facing materials that reflect the quality of our work. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies, contributing valuable insights for both clients and internal teams. Contribute to process improvements, helping to shape best practices that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
