We are seeking a driven and strategic Account Manager to strengthen customer relationships, drive retention, and uncover growth opportunities within our existing client base.
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Own client retention, minimizing churn by ensuring customers realize 12twenty's value and alignment with their needs.
- Proactively identify and manage expansion opportunities, collaborating with the Partnership team.
- Prepare and facilitate strategic interactions (virtual and in-person account reviews, webinars, demos) to maintain and grow client engagement.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships, inspiring product loyalty and maximizing technology suite utilization.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in account management, sales, or project management, with a proven track record of retaining and growing accounts.
- Ability to manage a large portfolio of clients and drive expansion opportunities.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, influencing and motivating internal teams.
- Strategic thinking, quick adaptation to challenges, and informed decision-making.
- Confidence in making recommendations to drive client success and business growth.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
Bonus Skills:
- Working knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office Suite, and Salesforce.
- Experience in SaaS or Higher Education Solution Selling.
