We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join the Ciellos team on a permanent, full-time basis. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring the successful delivery of our services.
Responsibilities- Strategic Planning and Account Growth
- Work closely with customers to understand their technology needs
- Conduct regular strategic account reviews
- Develop and implement account plans that support customers' business objectives
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling our services
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Understand customers' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance
- Conduct regular cadence with key customer stakeholders
- Proactively address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Escalate issues to the appropriate teams and facilitate prompt resolution
- Support the Accounts Receivable team in payment collection, when necessary
- Commercial Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal team members for commercial topics (e.g., contracting, pricing)
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and manage contract statuses (e.g., duration, budget)
- Guide the contract renewal process for existing SOWs
- Create new proposals/SOWs for expansion opportunities
- CRM/Pipeline Management
- Apply strong data hygiene to CRM records
- Document expansion/follow-on opportunities in CRM
- Manage individual opportunities and overall pipeline
- Make requests for Services input (e.g., estimates, additional resources)
- Communication and Reporting
- Maintain understanding of customer projects – process, milestones and other relevant information through collaboration with the Ciellos Project Manager and other key team members
- Provide management with regular reports on account status, growth opportunities, and challenges
- Provide input into weekly forecast reports, supplementing project management data
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the IT industry
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics ERP products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance & Supply Chain Management, or Customer Engagement
- Prior experience in a consulting or technology services company
- Familiarity with Microsoft ISV and AIM partner programs
- Experience managing complex contracts, proposals, and SOWs
- Strong CRM and pipeline management skills
