EverCommerce is looking for an Account Manager to focus on the growth and expansion of our current DrChrono customer base. This role will be focused on selling to existing customers, including cross selling our partner solutions and upselling our revenue cycle management (RCM) offering.
Responsibilities:
- Daily reach out and prospecting into assigned segment of customer base
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified upsell and cross-sell sales opportunities
- Develop, plan and execute sales strategies to grow our revenue and customer base
- Develop and deliver high-quality demos, and customer proposals
- Manage inbound requests and self-generate additional opportunities
- Use Salesforce CRM to document, track and report on sales activities
- Coordinate with Implementation and RCM teams
- Maintain an understanding of the competitive market space
- Participate in industry events and trade shows
Skills and Experience needed:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales and account management experience selling software and/or healthcare services
- Strong technical skills with the ability to learn domain knowledge
- Proven track record of managing the sales cycle and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work autonomously
- Organized with strong time management skills
- Experience in performing virtual client presentations and demonstrations
