THE POSITION: As an Account Manager, you will plan and support projects and campaigns across various marketing channels with cross-functional agency teams. You will deliver them on time, on budget, and aligned with the project brief (or strategy). You will contribute to developing strong cross-agency relationships and champion internal agency processes. Throughout this role, you will become more confident in communicating with and presenting to clients and establish strong client relationships. You will also plan and implement projects and campaigns across a diverse set of marketing channels with cross-functional agency teams and deliver them on time and on budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for less strategic projects and reporting initiatives (i.e., monthly/weekly dashboards).
- Responsible for the finished product/service – from the creation of comprehensive project plans through submissions for regulatory review and launch.
- Demonstrate confidence and contribute thoughtfully to internal and external meetings.
- Anticipate next steps and ensure adherence to the process.
- Ensure qualitative and timely delivery of our client activities.
- Stay updated on your clients’ activities and strategy to ensure our proposals are tailored to their needs.
- Work with SAM/AD to set and meet delivery expectations.
- Take responsibility for consistently monitoring active projects for your clients, as well as being on the lookout for new opportunities.
- Prepare client proposal decks and quotations for less strategic projects.
- Proactively look for business growth with existing clients and prospects, involving supervisor/manager in the discussion as appropriate.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- High level of accountability and ownership of actions regarding the project while building trusted relationships with the cross-functional teams.
- Native/fluent English is a must; additional languages are welcome.
- Dedicated to ensuring high quality for all work and deliverables (i.e., reviewing materials thoroughly, editing reads, ensuring all questions are answered, outlining risk).
- Able to develop, submit, and present agency work for client regulatory review and route for submission process.
- Able to perform financial management, reconciliation, and tracking.
- Client service-oriented with proven relationship-building skills.
- Proven organizational and time management skills with strong multitasking and problem-solving acumen.
- Able to identify business development opportunities and escalate to senior account team accordingly.
- Able to prioritize, delegate, and provide direction to others when appropriate.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Collaborative, adaptable – able to work in an ever-changing environment and possess quick decision-making skills.
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree ideally in communication/marketing, economy, biology/pharmacy, and/or another scientific pathway.
- Approximately 2 to 5 years of related industry experience; digital and/or traditional advertising agency experience preferred. Pharmaceutical and digital experience is a plus.
