Full-Time Account Manager

• Resolves issues and ensures member satisfaction.
• Collaborates to build business cases.
• Partners to understand reporting requests.
• Facilitates meetings to build relationships.
• Supports client audits and presentations.
• Optimizes pharmacy spend through Prime products.
• Supports retention through issue resolution.
• Documents interactions in Salesforce CRM.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of Client Service/Account Management experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

• Develop effective selling messages and proposals.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Balance compliance, business goals, and risks.
• Organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

• Healthcare or PBM industry experience.
• Prior pharmacy technician experience and/or CPhT certification.

• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Ability to work outside standard business hours.
• Must be able to sit, use hands, talk, and hear.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required.
