About the Role: We seek an Account Manager to seamlessly onboard, manage, and expand customer relationships within our growing Customer Success team. You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to grow your customer base. You'll advocate for customers, provide feedback to product, support marketing initiatives, and track customer health.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic customer engagement
- Collaborate with Sales for expansion opportunities
- Manage and forecast customer renewals and growth
- Develop and execute account plans for value realization
- Conduct regular QBRs with client executives
- Update internal systems to track customer health
- Identify advocacy opportunities (case studies, events, webinars)
- Educate customers on new features and integrations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- 5+ years of enterprise customer relationship management experience
- Ability to travel 30-40% (post-travel restrictions)
- Demonstrate communication, presentation, and influence at all levels (including executives)
- Manage multiple account management projects while maintaining detail
- Meet and exceed retention/expansion goals
Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 base + $30,000 - $40,000 variable
