Full-Time Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing relationships with clients, expanding our presence in the local market.This is a remote opportunity for candidates residing in North Africa.

Responsibilities:

• Expand and consolidate presence in assigned territory.
• Maintain and develop relationships with partners (tour operators, travel agencies, OTAs) to increase their performance.
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
• Provide system training to existing and new partners.
• Position the brand through presentations and networking.
• Address and resolve partner issues.
• Manage payments: ensure accuracy in transaction processing.
• Spend 30% of working time on business trips.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Provide regular reporting via CRM and internal systems.
• Maximize and develop API deals with partners.

Requirements:

• Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years in account management or business development (B2B travel).
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the region's travel market (B2B networks).
• Language Knowledge: Advanced English.
• Travel Requirements: Up to 30% travel time.
• Analytical Skills: Data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven.
• Personal Skills: Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, comfortable with fast-changing environment, team player.
• International Mindset: Ability to work across cultural contexts.
• API Technology: Competence a plus.
