Job Details
We are seeking an Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, build relationships, conduct check-ins, and identify opportunities for value addition.
- Service Delivery & Coordination: Oversee service delivery across departments, coordinate with internal teams, maintain documentation, and manage client renewals.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure client structures comply with regulations, monitor deadlines, and prepare compliance reports.
- Client Onboarding & Advisory: Guide new clients through onboarding using the BATCA framework, conduct needs assessments, and support initial requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate services within the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE company formation, visas, tax regulations, banking, and compliance frameworks.
- Fluency in English (Arabic, Russian, or French is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
