We're looking for a dynamic Account Manager (Payments) to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients, focusing on increasing Gross Payment Volume (GPV).
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing high-value client portfolio focused on upsell, cross-sell, and increasing payment processing volume.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key clients to optimize Cin7 product usage (particularly payments).
- Collaborate with other departments (Product, Engineering, Onboarding, Support) for seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback to the product team on improving product features based on customer needs.
- Develop and implement best practices and mentor team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in account management, customer success, or sales in a B2B software environment.
- Track record of exceeding revenue and retention targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Client-focused consultative mindset.
