Full-Time Account Manager UK & Ireland

RateHawk is part of Emerging Travel Group. Our mission is to create, distribute, and operate convenient travel products.

This role is a 50/50 split between Account Management and Finance Administration support.

Account management:

• Promote UK product
• Maintain and develop partner relationships to increase performance
• Maximize and develop API deals with partners
• Provide system training to partners
• Product presentations & networking
• Market & competitive analysis

Finance administration support:

• Payments control
• Weekly reconciliation of key Agency Chains payments
• Invoicing for key partners
• Comprehensive reporting

Requirements:

• Relevant travel industry experience (minimum 2 years)
• Good numeracy skills
• Attention to detail
• Finance or number-related experience is a plus
• API technology competence
• Personal skills: Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, comfortable with innovation and change, team player, and data-driven decision making
• International mindset, understanding different cultures
• Fluency in English, other languages beneficial
• Up to 20% domestic travel
