Critical to achieving this milestone is a multi-disciplinary marketing and business development function that strengthens the Turner & Townsend brand and supports our client-facing professionals in capturing new opportunities and growing existing business. The Account Marketing Manager is an integral contributor to this team, developing polished, client-facing presentations that support early and middle-stage sales pursuits.

This role also involves utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator to gather and analyze client data, as well as creating business review slide decks for regular key client business reviews.

Key responsibilities:

  • To be successful, this individual must think strategically, communicate clearly and be able to work with leadership and senior stakeholders to help formulate a viewpoint on complex issues, creating concise and well-written business narratives.
  • Nurture highly collaborative internal client relationships with segment/sector/service line leaders and SMEs to drive an integrated approach.
  • Internal and external client presentation development and support: Create, format, and edit PowerPoint presentations for early and middle-stage client and potential client pursuits, ensuring alignment with sales strategies.
  • Develop visually compelling and persuasive client-facing presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition, project approach, and team expertise.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to gather content and ensure accuracy and clarity in presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop presentation content for internal global calls with CBRE when required to engage and position Turner & Townsend’s capability.
  • Collaborate with sales, key account and executive teams to gather information and develop cohesive and compelling stories for clients and pursuit plans for potential clients.
  • Enhance client-facing content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, for graphics and assets.
  • Key account presentation support: Work closely with the Key Client Program Lead and Key Account Leads to produce comprehensive presentations for annual key account plans and regular key account business reviews.
  • Strategic content development support: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to gather intelligence on key client contacts and key account activities that will contribute to the key account plans. Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to gather intelligence on potential pursuits, their contacts and account activities that will contribute to the development of a stronger pursuit plan.
  • Prioritize key account research and work with leadership to establish other pursuits worthy of researching.
  • Marketing collateral and brochure management: Develop and maintain a structured hierarchy for all marketing collateral; Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all materials; Regularly audit collateral to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • New Brochure Development: Lead the creation and design of new brochures, ensuring they meet strategic objectives; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and insights; Manage the production process, including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintaining Existing Brochureware Content: Update statistics, data, and other relevant information in existing brochures on a bi-annual basis; Refresh branding elements to keep materials current and engaging; Conduct regular reviews to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all brochures and collateral adhere to the company's branding guidelines; Implement feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of marketing materials.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align collateral with business objectives; Facilitate communication and feedback loops to ensure stakeholder needs are met.
  • Act as guardian of the Turner & Townsend brand ensuring consistency across the region.
  • Meet deadlines under pressure and proactively communicate issues.
  • Quality control: Ensure all work is performed on time, cost effectively and according to Turner & Townsend’s high-quality standards.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Market Research, Business, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. Advanced PowerPoint editing and animation skills. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Minimum of 5 years of experience in presentation development or sales intelligence. Minimum of 5 years in client and market research.

Desired Skills: Proficiency in other presentation software. Ability to create data visualizations and infographics. Experience with video editing and creating vector designs and logos. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in developing strategic narratives and storytelling for sales enablement. Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales intelligence tools. Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Experience in creating business review presentations for key clients.

The salary range for this full-time role is $100K-$155K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
