Full-Time Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the gift card program at Auberge Resorts Collection.

Responsibilities include:

1. Guest Relations:
• Query Resolution: Review and resolve gift card purchaser inquiries.
• Lost or Stolen Cards: Assist guests with lost or stolen gift cards.

1. Vendor Relations:
• Vendor Communication: Maintain ongoing vendor relationships.
• Fulfillment Issues: Monitor and resolve vendor fulfillment problems.
• Contract Compliance: Ensure compliance with vendor contracts.

1. Hotel Relations:
• Escalation Management: Escalate unresolved hotel queries/issues.
• Inventory Management: Manage gift card reordering and distribution.
• Reporting: Provide daily sales/redemption figures to hotels.
• Monthly Invoicing: Calculate and determine monthly payments for sales and redemptions.
• Education: Train property team members on gift card administration, sales, and redemptions.

1. Gift Card Program Management:
• Sales & Redemptions: Ensure timely collection, distribution, and tracking of gift card sales and redemptions.
• B2B Sales: Handle B2B sales and recording.
• Cash Management: Manage gift card fund cash flow.
• Breakage Calculations: Perform periodic breakage calculations.
• Inventory Records: Maintain accurate gift card inventory records.

1. Program Financial Management:
• Manage P&L, track sales, redemptions, breakage, interest, and expenses.

1. Website Maintenance:
• Ensure gift card webpage is up-to-date and functional.

1. ARC Finance:
• Accounting Coordination: Provide ARC accounting with necessary data.
• Invoice Auditing: Review and audit invoices for accuracy.
• Investing Guidance: Follow investment guidelines for gift card funds.
• Account Reconciliation: Conduct monthly reconciliations of all gift card accounts.
