The Specialist Solution Consultant is a technical & business consultant developing, positioning, and providing industry-specific solutions during sales cycles to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Support product sales as a technical, industry, and domain expert for a client-facing sales team.
- Lead discovery workshops, demonstrate solutions, and align with customer needs.
- Develop client partner relationships and guide strategic programs.
- Provide feedback to product management to influence the product roadmap.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with other consultants.
- Stay current on competitive analysis.
- Support marketing events.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering in Enterprise Applications.
- Industry Experience: Manufacturing, Technology, or Telco (desirable).
- Proficiency: ServiceNow platform or other enterprise cloud software solutions.
- Skills: Collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services. Territory management, pipeline building, and sales execution.
- Travel: As needed.
- AI Experience: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes.
Compensation:
Base Pay: $146,625 - $241,950, plus equity (when applicable), variable compensation, and benefits.
OTE: Competitive incentive structure for sales positions.
