As a Solution Consultant within our Core Enterprise Solution Consulting team, you will join our industry's best and brightest talent. This is a tight-knit team of innovative leaders. Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue across all Solutions with strategic accounts.
- Lead and partner across a broad deal team (Sales, Solution Specialists, Business Value Consultants, Product Management, Customer Success, Executive Team).
- Develop, position, and present industry-specific solutions and articulate customer value during sales cycles.
- Achieve business and sales goals within your business.
- Quarterback executive solution and deal strategy.

Key Activities:
- Drive revenue growth as an industry, functional, and technical expert.
- Lead solution and deal strategy at account level.
- Develop and maintain executive (C-Level) and line of business (Director level) customer relationships.
- Lead discovery to define customer challenges.
- Deliver best-in-class solution demonstrations and presentations.
- Articulate how customers will adopt solutions to realize value.
- Continuously learn about product innovations.
- Act as an industry thought leader.
- Provide feedback to product development for innovation.
- Support marketing events.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Proficiency in leading SaaS solutioning and sales in enterprise accounts.
- Sales acumen to drive best-practice sales execution.
- Experience building strong trust relationships with decision-makers.
- Experience working with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
Experience with (plus):
- ServiceNow platform.
- Retail and Hospitality industry.
- Solution Consulting certifications (Demo2Win, Inspire2Win, Toastmasters).
- Advising on delivery and value realization post-sale.
Travel: As necessary.
