Full-Time Agency Manager

Report to Head of Non-Spoken Operations

• Oversee all aspects of Agency Department activities including all resources.
• Sourcing, Allocation & Booking of staff and freelance Language Service Professionals (LSPs) as per clients’ request
• Control & implement effective Diary management to ensure full utilisation of LSPs and thereby maximisation of sales
• Contribute and develop processes
• Establish and maintain relationships with client
• Increase profitability
• General line management duties
• Act as a role model and leader to the bookings department
• Support and generate management information reporting
