Full-Time Air Operation Agent

As an Air Operation Agent, you will handle bookings from internal and external customers, ensuring complete and compliant documentation for imports/exports. You provide exceptional customer service, applying company standards. Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a compliant and timely shipment process, documenting customer needs.

Operational Excellence: Understand and comply with Expeditors' internal processes for timely, accurate, and compliant documentation, customer billing, and system updates.

Service Provider Relationships: Build strong partnerships with airlines, terminal operators, and trucking companies to ensure high-level client service.

Requirements:

• 2+ years logistics experience or equivalent training
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Tertiary education
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
