Airline Partnerships Manager is responsible for sales and marketing performance of aviation partnership sales channels (commercial and private aviation) at SIXT, covering the full range of mobility solutions: Rent, Ride and Subscription.
Maintaining a strong and sustainable relation with key contacts is essential.
This person will develop the necessary strategy to contribute to the channel’s overall growth, analyze sales data, and create marketing campaigns while monitoring competition and industry trends.
Ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the aviation industry (commercial and private) as well as loyalty programs, excellent communication and presentation skills, hands-on mentality, and a collaborative approach.
The Airline Partnerships Manager plays a vital role in safeguarding the success of the airline sales channel at SIXT.
Your Role at SIXT:
- First point of contact to airline partners
- Build and maintain strong relations with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Monitor business development based on sales and marketing reports
- Support business development by constantly monitoring opportunities to extend partner portfolio, touchpoints, product range etc.
- Manage the organization of events, road shows, POS activations
Your Skills Matter:
Experience: 3-4 years as an account manager in partnerships, business development, or related roles
Technical Proficiency: Strong project management abilities, including prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, handling multiple projects concurrently, and performing well under pressure
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, quality & service, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively
Commitment to Excellence: Success-oriented, collaborative team player, self-motivated, independent
Travel: Flexible and willing to travel up to 25% within the designated territory
