Job Details
Own end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management — from operations to customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Review Account Health Dashboard daily.
- Manage FBA shipments and logistics.
- Troubleshoot listing and catalog issues.
- Conduct daily product listing checks.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Handle replacements, refunds, and disputes.
- Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level.
- Monitor and maintain seller performance metrics.
- Resolve stranded inventory issues.
Skills to be Successful:
- 2+ years managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.
- Strong technical Amazon expertise.
- Deep knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
Bonus: Familiarity with business and accounting principles.
