Job Details
Meet/exceed monthly and annual sales objectives per assigned territory/accounts.
Identify new distribution opportunities and expand distribution within assigned accounts.
Promote sales of products and maintain forecasts.
Manage customer complaints and prepare customer returns.
Call on potential users and develop user sales conversations with distribution.
Execute merchandising programs in line with country strategy.
Measure performance of promotional and new product activity.
Report to management on sales activities, opportunities, and developments.
Region: Southwest OH, Central KY
Experience: 3+ years B2B Sales experience (construction, building materials, or power tools).
Skills: Strong negotiating, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proven sales track record.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales preferred.
Software Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel). SAP experience preferred.
Residency: Must reside in the territory (Cincinnati OH, Lexington KY, or Louisville KY).
Compensation: US base salary range $75,000 - $85,000
