Job Details

Your mission: Drive regional sales growth of ELGA's premium laboratory water purification systems while providing valuable market intelligence and product development insights.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for ELGA's complete pure water solution portfolio, including PURELAB, CENTRA, and MEDICA product lines.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, focusing on research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare facilities to achieve revenue targets.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field (Master's/MBA preferred)
  • Extensive sales experience in the scientific/lab equipment industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of pure water principles and the ELGA product range
  • Understanding of laboratory workflows and key instrumentation drivers
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce would be an advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of finance metrics, typically bookings, revenue & margins
  • Experience in sales forecasting and budget management
  • Business-conscious and commercially astute
  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages being a plus

  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Experience managing third-party channels and global accounts
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Expertise in strategic sales planning and business development

  • Strong communication skills to drive collaboration across regional and national teams
  • Ability to secure and manage high-value international deals
