Job Details
Take full ownership of the sales process, from lead generation and customer engagement to closing deals.
Drive the entire RFQ/RFP process: prepare proposals, respond to technical inquiries, and confirm orders.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to management.
Ensure smooth internal processes to support sales activities efficiently.
Use our CRM system to track opportunities and customer interactions.
Support and expand our network of agents and distributors.
Manage the sales and marketing budget for your territory.
Actively implement and execute the regional sales strategy.
Represent TOMRA at trade shows and industry events.
A degree is preferred, but more importantly, you bring relevant industry experience.
At least 5 years of experience in the waste recycling or processing sector.
A solid background in technical sales, ideally of large capital equipment or long-cycle B2B projects.
Experience working with key account customers and in international environments.
You are commercially sharp, customer-focused, result-driven, and entrepreneurial.
Skilled in contract negotiation, with strong communication and analytical thinking.
A confident and credible partner for senior stakeholders in the recycling industry.
Passion for technology and enthusiasm for working with people.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel extensively and an appreciation for cultural diversity.
