Full-Time Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer. In this role, you will create and test AI models, design and use machine learning methods, and research new AI techniques. Your work will involve using advanced technologies like deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, chatbots, and more to help improve our business and drive innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing AI Models: You will build AI models that can generate text, transcribe audio to text, and gain insights from call center conversations.
• Creating Chatbots: You will design models that help create smart chatbots specific to our business using advanced techniques and databases.
• Coding in Python: You will write code in Python and work with AI management tools like LangChain, Snowflake Cortex, and others.
• Planning AI Solutions: You will create plans for AI projects, deciding which algorithms, data sources, and technologies to use.
• Solving Problems: You will understand business challenges and how AI can help solve them.
• Preparing Data: You will clean and prepare text data to train AI models.
• Improving Models: You will run experiments and fine-tune models to make them work better.
• Collaborating with Teams: You will work with different teams to find areas where AI can make a big difference.
• Ensuring Quality: You will make sure the AI solutions are high-quality, scalable, and efficient.
• Deploying AI Solutions: You will deploy AI solutions into real-world environments and ensure they run smoothly.
• Monitoring and Improving: You will continuously monitor AI solutions and improve them as needed.
• Staying Updated: You will keep up with the latest advances in AI and look for ways to upgrade existing solutions.
• Mentoring Juniors: You will guide and mentor junior AI team members.
• Code Reviews: You will participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code.
• Data Privacy: You will follow best practices to protect data privacy and security.

Experience and Skills Needed:

• At least 4 years of experience in AI engineering or similar roles.
• 3+ years of experience developing AI solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, OpenAI, or Databricks.
• Experience with Generative AI and model fine-tuning.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning, large language models (LLMs), Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Experience evaluating Generative AI in text generation contexts.
• Ability to take AI projects from start to finish.
• Creative thinking and collaboration skills to solve business problems.
• Familiarity with call center environments and insurance platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Understanding of AI concepts and software engineering principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.
• A continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in AI or related areas are a plus.
