Commercial execution strategy and effectiveness Develop and execute the Asia Commercial Execution roadmap in alignment with the Asia Mid-Term direction and corporate objectives. Lead the Commercial PDCA framework implementation, ensuring consistent adoption across all Asia markets. Identify market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to drive data-driven decision-making. Work with cross-functional teams to enhance Segmentation & Targeting (S&T) strategies for effective customer engagement.
Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) & Performance Management Lead the development and execution of SFE initiatives, ensuring structured performance tracking and optimization. Review the implementation of Key Goal Indicators (KGI) & Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for countries, ensuring logical design and continuous improvement. Enhance the commercial teams’ capability in utilizing CRM and data analytics to optimize field force deployment. Drive the annual sales incentive scheme design & implementation, ensuring fairness, motivation, and alignment with business priorities.
Digital & AI Integration in Commercial Execution Lead AI and digital utilization initiatives to enhance commercial execution and customer engagement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define digital tools & platforms that enhance productivity and effectiveness in sales & marketing. Support the implementation of omnichannel engagement strategies, ensuring a seamless and data-driven customer interaction.
Stakeholder Engagement & Capability Building Act as a strategic business partner to country-level commercial teams, ensuring best practice sharing and capability building. Conduct regional commercial PDCA excellence workshops and training to enhance team competencies. Work closely with the PJS of the Asia region and each country to ensure integrated commercial execution. Lead cross-functional projects that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
Leadership & Change Management Champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within commercial teams. Influence and align key stakeholders on commercial excellence strategies, ensuring consistent execution across markets. Drive change management initiatives to enhance agility and adaptability in commercial execution.
Required Qualifications At least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Science, Pharmacy or equivalent is required. Ophthalmic products, industry and market knowledge in pharmaceutical, especially in depth understanding of the market in Asian countries is required. In total, Sales and Marketing experience for Pharmaceutical business is required. (Min. 6 years is desired but depend on actual capability and performance). Similar working experience with Min. 3 years Commercial Excellence Manager is required. Marketing experience for Pharmaceutical business is desired. (Min. 3 years is desired but depend on actual capability and performance). Demanding for analytical capability/creativity/cooperativeness. Must to experinced in Digital Transformation & AI Utilization (Digital Customer Engagement & Digital Imprementation flatform). Fluent English, spoken & written.
