You'll be responsible for:

1. Leading the Team: Hiring, training, and supervising a team of pizza-loving employees. Fostering a positive and productive work environment.
2. Ensuring Operational Efficiency: Managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
3. Delivering Outstanding Customer Service: Resolving customer issues, ensuring quality standards are met, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
4. Driving Sales and Profitability: Implementing marketing initiatives, controlling costs, and analyzing financial performance to meet business objectives.
5. Maintain a spotless pizza store that is safe, inviting, and reflects your commitment to quality and cleanliness.
