Join the growing Screening and Early Detection commercial team at Guardant Health as a field-based Associate Account Executive and support go-to-market sales strategy for a revolutionary cancer screening technology.
Essential Duties:
- Prospect and target healthcare providers to maximize SHIELD utilization for CRC screening.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and optimize promotional budgets aligned with national strategy.
- Seek strategic collaborations with primary care providers.
- Develop a business plan in line with brand strategy.
- Identify and partner with national/regional/local laboratories.
- Share best practices, analyze competitive landscape, and provide customer feedback.
- Recommend strategic plans for client acquisition and retention.
- Implement promotional activities to support sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain company goals.
- Represent Guardant Health values.

Requirements:
- 2+ years field-based sales experience, preferably in healthcare (diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals).
- Proven closing abilities.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Consultative selling skills.
- Product, market, customer, and distribution knowledge.
- Negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, Veeva preferred).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling diagnostic products to primary care providers.
- Product launch planning and execution experience.
- Knowledge of primary care practice landscape.
Salary: $96,000 - $105,000 (US).
