Opportunity to join the growing Screening and Early Detection commercial team.
Field-based role, supporting go-to-market strategy & launching revolutionary cancer screening technology.
Essential Duties:
- Prospect & target healthcare providers for high utilization of SHIELD.
- Meet/exceed sales goals & maximize promotional budgets.
- Seek strategic business expansion/collaboration opportunities.
- Develop & implement a business plan.
- Identify & partner with laboratories.
- Analyze competitive landscape & provide customer feedback.
- Recommend strategic plans for gaining/retaining clients.
- Manage promotional activities to support sales.
- Work effectively with various departments.
- Collaborate with the sales team.
- Embrace & represent company values.
- Field-based role requiring daily travel within territory & potential regional/national meetings.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing field sales role.
- Preferably in healthcare (diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals).
- Strong closing abilities & consistent performance.
- Exceptional communication & presentation skills.
- Consultative selling skills, overcoming objections & connecting client needs with Guardant Health capabilities.
- Outstanding market, customer, distribution, and product knowledge.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information & maintain confidentiality.
- Develop & utilize cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, & prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM systems (Salesforce/Veeva preferred).
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with diagnostic product sales.
- Product launch planning & execution experience.
- Familiarity with primary care practice landscape.
Salary: $96,000 - $105,000 (full-time, US)

- Compensation does not include benefits, bonus, commission, or equity.
