Full-Time Associate Account Executive (Southeast)

Opportunity to join Guardant Health's growing commercial team as a field-based Associate Account Executive, supporting go-to-market strategy and launching new cancer screening technology.

Responsibilities include:

• Prospecting healthcare providers for CRC liquid biopsy.
• Meeting sales goals and maximizing promotional budgets.
• Seeking strategic collaborations with primary care providers.
• Developing a business plan aligned with brand strategy.
• Identifying and partnering with laboratories for phlebotomy draws.
• Analyzing competitive landscape and providing customer feedback to leadership.
• Managing promotional activities to support sales strategies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
• Representing Guardant Health values.
• Travel required within assigned territory and to regional/national meetings.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years customer-facing field sales experience, preferably in healthcare (diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals).
• Proven closing abilities and meeting/exceeding expectations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Consultative selling abilities, overcoming objections, and connecting client needs to capabilities.
• Market, customer, distribution, and product knowledge.
• Problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Strong confidentiality and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva).
• Preferred: Experience with diagnostic product sales to primary care providers, product launch planning, and familiarity with primary care practices in the territory.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation: US base salary range of $96,000 to $105,000.

Benefits: Not included in base salary range. Potential for bonuses, commissions, or equity.

Work Environment: Field-based role with some office time. Potential exposure to high noise levels, fumes, and biohazard materials in laboratory settings.
