Full-Time Associate Contracts Manager (Remote)

Associate Contracts Manager is responsible for governing commercial contracts, primarily for SaaS products licensed by US and non-US educational and government institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Governing commercial contracts, supporting sales cycles.
• Advising and guiding for operational effectiveness for both Direct and Indirect sales channels.
• Working with department leaders on business, financial, insurance, and legal terms in contracts.
• Reviewing agreements to understand risks and escalating concerns.
• Drafting and processing contract extensions and addenda.
• Providing governance on contract approval and execution.
• Collaborating with Finance and relevant services on financial arrangements.
• Supporting the Proposals team on tender and RFP processes, especially contractual responses, data privacy and risk assessment.
• Training sales and support staff on contracting processes and legal questions.

Qualifications:

• Essential: Strong written communication, BA/BSc, Commercial contract management/negotiation experience (ideally in SaaS), Data Privacy experience (US & GDPR), RFP contractual response preparation experience, Training experience.
• Desirable: Paralegal certificate, Experience within an international company/non-US customers, Experience with SFDC, Experience with Ironclad or other contract management systems.
