The Community Development team drives strategic engagement with the global researcher community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop deep insights into the regional research ecosystem.
• Build capacity with targeted training and engagement activities.
• Deepen researcher relationships via outreach programs.
• Foster strategic partnerships with key institutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Editorial Development.
• Collaborate with regional Commercial and Marketing teams.
• Contribute to the global Community Development strategy.

Responsibilities Include:

• Design and deliver training programs.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships.
• Develop insights into regional research trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams.
• Develop an annual strategy for researcher engagement.
• Organize Editor events (training, advisory boards, workshops).
• Analyze initiative outcomes using advanced tools, producing reports.
• Identify program/process improvements.
• Engage in self-development.

• Extensive experience in academic publishing/research.
• Knowledge of the research landscape.
