Associate Director, Sales Marketing & Product Enablement
About this role
The Associate Director, Sales Marketing and Product Enablement is responsible for product marketing, product communications and sales enablement for a leading portfolio of consumer insights and data-driven solutions from MRI-Simmons and NielsenIQ.

Responsibilities
- Sales Enablement
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop messaging, training material and sales collateral for overall capabilities, new platform features, research studies, product launches, and managed service solutions (sales decks, product sheets, sizzle reels).
- Leverage product knowledge to assist with client-specific presentations addressing client challenges.
- Assist with board presentations and ad hoc requests from senior management.
- Maintain competitive positioning and awareness of competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
- Product Marketing
- Communicate internally and externally about new product releases and research studies, using email marketing and automation tools when necessary.
- Maintain and update MRI-S' Help Center and user guides.
- Publish quarterly updates to client-facing roadmaps for executive meetings, RFIs and QBRs.
- Update legacy collateral as brand and solutions evolve.
- Communications and Thought Leadership
- Leverage product and industry knowledge to create marketing and social media content (blog posts, custom research, case studies).
- Manage content marketing calendar.
- Ideate and pitch content marketing and thought leadership ideas.
- Author client-facing communications about research studies, platform solutions, and potential issues.
- Assist with webinars/podcasts (presenting, creating slides, moderating).
- Create content utilizing MRI-Simmons data (social posts, blog posts, infographics).
- Liaise with industry associations and paid media partners.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Marketing, Product Marketing or related fields.
- Knowledge of consumer data collection, audience modeling, ad effectiveness research, audience data distribution and activation.
- Understanding of the advertising ecosystem and interactions among media owners, brands, agencies, data providers, and programmatic platforms.

Compensation
Market-competitive salary range: $92,000 - $170,000. Specific salary depends on experience and location. Incentives/performance-based bonuses are possible.
