Job Details

The Sobi North America Immunology Franchise Associate Director of Sales Planning will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting our Immunology Franchise. This role is integral to the strategic planning, execution, and operational excellence for the commercial field teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Immunology Franchise leaders to develop communication cascades for the field teams.
  • Ensure strategic alignment across the Immunology Franchise in regional congress and conference planning and execution.
  • Develop sub national understanding of Key Performance Indicators (including activation milestones) across field teams.
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to facilitate and advance effective Business Reviews.
  • Partner with the CxI&O training team, RBDs, and other cross functional partners to address training gaps.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Health Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years total U.S. biopharma commercial experience.
  • 4+ years in commercial roles including sales, operations, field excellence, sales planning or strategy.
  • 2+ years focused in Immunology and/or rare disease.
  • Demonstrated launch experience.

Compliance and Ethics:
  • Deep working knowledge of U.S. promotional compliance, OIG guidance, PhRMA Code, Anti-Kickback Statute, Sunshine reporting awareness, and medical/legal/regulatory review processes
  • Proven track record operating to high integrity standards and embedding compliant ways of working with field teams

Skills:
  • Veeva CRM/Salesforce proficiency.
  • Experience with content review tools (e.g., Veeva PromoMats or equivalent).
  • Experience using Teams, Smartsheet or similar PM tools.
  • Advanced PowerPoint, Advanced Excel and data visualization (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik).
