Full-Time Associate Legal Specialist

What you get to do in this role:

• Support the legal team by managing workflow assignments and coordinating legal tasks.
• Maintain and update the repository’s legal documentation.
• Assisting in managing the tracking system for legal tasks.
• Work closely with attorneys and internal clients to ensure smooth coordination of legal tasks
• Provide general administrative support to help the legal team their objectives.

To be successful in this role you have:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in an administrative or legal support role, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.
• Strong work ethic, sound judgment, and high level of integrity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across teams in various geographic locations
• Ability to understand and manage complex issues.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams toward task completion.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
