This Associate eCommerce Account Manager for our Master Lock brand will assist in managing the strategic partnership of Master Lock and Sentry Safe® products with Amazon. This is a key sales role, responsible for collaborating with customers and cross-functionally within other various customer departments.
You will work with multiple areas within The Master Lock Company, providing feedback and insights to the e-Comm team & other cross-functional groups like Demand Planning, Product Mgmt, Finance, and Supply Chain.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience managing or supporting the Amazon eCommerce account within a consumer products, durables, or retail brand. They will bring strong analytical skills, fluency in Amazon Vendor Central, and a proactive mindset to help drive profitable growth.
Location: Remote position based in the Seattle, WA area, open to candidates with direct Amazon account management experience. Up to 5% travel anticipated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify trends and action plans for growing product categories by analyzing POS, inventory, orders, and competitive landscape.
- Support Amazon Advertising, analyze performance, suggest optimizations, and liaise with agency partners.
- Feed product team insights on emerging products and competitors.
- Analyze assortment productivity and sales performance for decision making.
- Create, maintain, and analyze dashboards/reports, presenting findings.
- Anticipate demand shifts by analyzing glance views and conversion data.
- Identify demand patterns and recommend actions to minimize cancelled orders.
- Evaluate conversion and search metrics to understand product fluctuations.
- Develop pricing recommendations to maximize sales.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to secure forecasts.
- Work with Sales and Product to develop forecasts for new product launches.
- Assist in portfolio streamlining efforts.
- Provide support for financial forecasting, including monthly sales projections.
- Participate in annual budgeting process.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working in Amazon Vendor Central
- 3+ years experience in Analytics, Finance, Marketing, or Sales
- Strong understanding of Amazon selling environment and platforms
- High proficiency in Excel/Tableau and data analysis
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven negotiation skills and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of developing and introducing merchandising programs

Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 USD
