Job Details

This Associate National Account Manager supports Master Lock, Yale, and Sentry Safe products in-store & online for Home Center, Hardware, and Co-op channels.

This is a key sales role, responsible for collaborating with customers and cross-functionally with customer departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead contact for all Yale, Master Lock, and Sentry Safe store and e-commerce business.
  • Manage independent manufacturer sales reps to develop relationships with synergistic business partners.
  • Develop key contacts and establish strong relationships to ensure understanding of their organization, strategic growth, and market strategies.
  • Identify growth opportunities and align company resources to drive incremental revenue.
  • Collaborate monthly with cross-functional planning teams to develop a best-in-class 12-month SKU unit forecast.
  • Partner with internal analytics team to develop and deploy promotion and pricing strategies.
  • Identify continuous improvement (CI) opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Merchandising, IT, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Distribution, Engineering, and Field Sales).
  • Develop and implement tactical operating plans and budgets.
  • Manage T&E and financial account responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of national account sales experience (preferably consumer durables).
  • Experience with e-commerce sales.
  • Team player balancing customer and company objectives.
  • Collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial acumen to understand P&L.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership presence.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales software.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 USD (annual).
