As an Associate Partner Manager, you'll play a crucial role in growing and managing Daxko Exchange integration partners – ensuring seamless collaboration, smooth integrations, and long-term success. What You'll Do:
- Identify & Recruit Top Partners: Evaluate and onboard new strategic integration partners that align with Daxko's product roadmap and industry trends.
- Lead the Partnership Lifecycle: From initial discovery and contract negotiations to onboarding, integration, and ongoing success, you'll ensure partners thrive.
- Drive Growth & Performance: Develop and execute strategies that maximize partner program adoption, revenue, and engagement.
- Be the Go-To Partner Expert: Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of partners, providing guidance, support, and strategic insights.
- Foster Internal Alignment: Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
- Measure & Optimize Success: Track key performance metrics, analyze results, and recommend program improvements to drive continuous growth.
- Ensure Long-Term Success: Lead renewal discussions and negotiate terms to maintain strong, profitable partnerships.
- Scale the Program: Create and refine repeatable, scalable processes to enhance the partner experience and expand the program’s impact.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or program management, with a focus on partner growth and revenue generation.
- Proven project management skills – able to balance multiple priorities while delivering on long-term business goals.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities, with a talent for building lasting partnerships.
- Ability to analyze and optimize partner performance using key metrics and reporting.
- Experience in partner renewals and program expansion.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in product management, sales, or marketing
- Familiarity with the fitness industry (huge plus!)
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
