About this Job This role leads sales engagements for NielsenIQ's Analytics + Activation solutions across assigned accounts. Focus is on growing existing clients and acquiring new business through strong client relationships and closing deals. Goal is to expand Advanced Analytics solutions. Collaborates with Solution Architects, Client Business Partners, Account Development leads, and delivery team members throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships to sell analytics solutions in assigned accounts.
- Use consultative/challenger selling skills to identify client needs, qualify, probe, scope, and sell NielsenIQ advanced analytics services.
- Achieve annual revenue/sales target.
- Attend annual conferences/tradeshows.
- Proactively prospect within assigned accounts to drive initial purchases.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Manage sales pipeline reporting and CRM hygiene.
- Become proficient in NielsenIQ Analytics + Activation solutions.
- Develop Account Plans and initiatives to drive growth.
- Represent customer voice to internal product development, product marketing, communications, and delivery teams.
- Uncover and disseminate retailer, manufacturer, and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional NIQ partners.
- Contribute to assigned projects as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
- 5-8 years' consultative selling experience (full-cycle) in market research, CPG, or media agencies.
- Data/analytics selling experience, choice modeling/Conjoint to CPG manufacturers and/or media agencies preferred.
- Matrix organization experience.
- Leadership experience a plus.
- Translate data knowledge into tactical and strategic frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
