What you get to do in this role:
The Global Head of GCP Business is accountable for building & growing ServiceNow's business with Google Enterprise Cloud. This leader will lead a team of quota-carrying sellers focused on driving NNACV (Net New ACV) on GCP, and working cross-functionally to deliver a profitable P&L.
They will closely align with core sales leadership and account teams, as well as teams at GCP, to develop and close strategic opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with customer and partner executives.
- Partner with sales leaders.
- Contribute to revenue growth through top accounts and new logos.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the global GCP business.
- Drive joint messaging and growth via joint innovation of ServiceNow and GCP solutions.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales and sales management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with customers.
- Ability to advise and influence senior leaders.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to prioritize independently.
- Agile business mind; adept ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Ability to achieve revenue growth and solution revenue growth targets.
- Working knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related fields.
Compensation:
$222,540 - $367,140 base pay, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
