Full-Time Bariatric Sales Manager

The Bariatric Specialty Sales Manager drives the adoption of new procedures for the da Vinci surgical system.

Essential Job Duties:

• Build sustainable Bariatric surgeon programs.
• Build Bariatric References with Clinical & Economic Impact.
• Sell Xi value proposition to increase access.
• Drive fellowship training initiatives.
• Develop autonomous surgeons and teams.
• Guide Bariatric MSA strategy and tactics.
• Grow team proficiency.
• Expand da Vinci Specialty Procedure and New Technology Utilization.
• Achieve Quarterly and Annual Quota.
• Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in Bariatric Surgery.
• Establish regional Case Observation sites & Epicenters.

Market Development:

• Conduct strategic market development activities.
• Execute sales activities to develop surgeon proficiency.
• Conduct on-site and wet lab training.
• Bring value in first series of cases.
• Provide clinical value in initial case series.
• Develop advanced regional training programs.
• Serve as market intelligence liaison.
• Conduct executive presentations.
• Provide feedback to enhance representatives’ ability to sell.
• Manage Key Initiatives and resources.
• Align with Sales leadership and marketing to manage surgeon training.
• Evaluate procedure and new tech trends.
