What you’ll doSupport the strategy development, implementation, and renewals of employee benefit programs. Own onboarding, maintain client systems, and manage vendor relationships. Drive marketing and financial reporting. Provide benefit enrollment guidance and support.

What you’ll bring1-5 years of benefits analyst experience. Recent experience supporting New York large employer groups (100-5,000 employees) preferred. Understanding of large group plans, products, and financial structures. Proven client service skills. Ability to support benefit enrollment, prepare materials, and maintain accuracy in systems. Experience managing administrative tasks, such as Form 5500 filings. Expertise in financial analysis, including pricing and employee contribution strategies.
