What you will be doing:

  • Responding to top-tier member requests and questions via email and phone.
  • Planning flawless experiences based on recommendations, acting as a concierge.
  • Proactively building personalized travel plans, recommending activities and services.
  • Anticipating member needs, exceeding expectations during their stay.
  • Assisting with unanticipated travel delays, restaurant reservations, and transportation.
  • Scheduling and dispatching tasks for a seamless experience.
  • Researching, recommending, and fulfilling member requests, providing program benefit information and support.

What you need to be successful:

  • Fluently bilingual (French/English) at a professional level.
  • Experience/education in hospitality, tourism, sales, customer service, or contact centers, with a passion for helping others.
  • Professional and warm communication in both languages with diverse individuals.
  • Strong organizational skills, prioritizing, following up, and meeting deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools, adaptability to new technologies.

Location, Availability and Remote information:

  • Must be legally able to work full-time in Canada.
  • Must reside in and work from one of these Canadian provinces: NB, NS, PEI, Quebec, or the Ottawa region of Ontario.
  • Home-based only, virtual training.
  • High-speed direct connect internet and suitable workspace.
