Full-Time Bilingual Legal Intake Representative

• Be the first voice a potential client hears, often during a stressful moment.
• Offer calm, compassionate support while gathering essential information.
• Collect and document key intake details.
• Escalate emergency situations to the supervising attorney immediately.
• Forward intake details via email for next-day follow-up.
• Communicate via email using the supervising attorney’s account.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in an Intake Coordinator role.
• Proven experience in legal intake, call center, or client service roles.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Ability to follow a clear intake script and document responses accurately.
• Familiarity with personal injury law is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Your own PC or laptop, a headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• A quiet, private workspace suitable for remote work.

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday 2 PM to 11 PM
