Are you a brand builder with a passion for outdoor sports? As the newest member of our team, you'll develop and execute the Sweet Protection brand strategy in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Igniting and driving the Sweet Protection brand strategy in North America.
2. Creating and executing localized marketing plans aligning with global goals.
3. Building strong partnerships with athletes, influencers, and key accounts.
4. Driving PR impact, managing agency relationships, and securing media coverage.
5. Collaborating with sales and e-commerce to elevate brand visibility.
6. Managing the North American marketing budget with a focus on ROI.
7. Engaging with consumers and industry partners at events.
8. Communicating consumer insights to shape global and North American strategies.
9. Championing the Sweet Protection mission.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
• 5+ years in brand marketing in the outdoor sports industry.
• 2+ years in leadership role.
• Solid understanding of retail marketing and digital strategies.
