Full-Time Brand Trainer - UltraCraft

MasterBrand Cabinets Inc. – a leader in the U.S. Cabinet Manufacturing Industry - is looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented Product & Design Trainer to join a high-performing team.

The selected candidate will work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Service, Creative, Digital and other internal teams to develop and execute training programs and content for kitchen and bath designers and sales representatives.

Training content will include:

• Product details
• Interior design trends
• Designer best practices
• Selling techniques
• Living in place designing
• Onboarding

The position requires travel across the US.

Responsibilities:

1. Activating the Training Strategy through program and content development and execution
2. Maintaining a calendar of training events, scheduling and executing learning opportunities (in-person and digital)
3. Creating and managing training materials (regular audits and updates)
4. Developing training courses in various mediums (live, virtual, recorded, eLearnings)
5. Developing training courses on topics including Product, Kitchen Design, Sales strategies, and 2020 (technology tool)
6. Developing and maintaining the iLMS systems
7. Partnering with other training managers
8. Developing communications and event logistics related to training
9. Developing training articles for marketing initiatives
10. Measuring training results and driving continuous improvement
11. Leveraging ideas from reviews and co-workers
12. Demonstrating the MasterBrand Way
13. Demonstrating teamwork, collaboration, and seeking feedback
14. Identifying self-development needs

Must Haves:

• Passionate about kitchen design
• Detail-oriented
• Extensive expertise in kitchen design product usage
• Expert in leading in-person and virtual training courses
• Experience in Education (preferred)
• Passion for content development, writing, and customer engagement
• Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and building effective training content
• Consistent polished and professional appearance
• Self-starter, with ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Experience with Design Live (2020) (preferred)
• Ability/willingness to learn new functions and tools
• Willingness to travel (25-50%)

Education & Experience:

• Preferred: 2+ years working closely with kitchen and bath designers
• Preferred: 5+ years manager-level experience in Marketing, Training, or similar field
