Full-Time Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and data solutions.

What you will do:Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, objectives, and challenges. Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to gather detailed requirements. Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Develop process models, workflows, and documentation to support process optimization. Maintain detailed and organized documentation of requirements, processes, and project deliverables. Translate business requirements into functional specifications. Participate in solution design, testing, and validation to ensure requirements are met. Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication. Assist in project planning and execution by providing insights into requirements and business impact. Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends or opportunities. Collaborate with data teams to develop reports and dashboards that track business performance. Update stakeholders on project progress and changes in scope.

What you will bring: 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related fields. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with an interest in learning SQL. Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering value to the organization. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Adaptability to rapidly changing business environments. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. Interest in learning about the world of AI and data.

Nice to have:Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Visio. Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce. Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Basic understanding of SQL or other data query languages. Familiarity with methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
