Wishpond Technologies is seeking a Business Development Director to lead and optimize the Business Development, Lead Generation, and Email Deliverability teams. This role requires a strategic leader with a data-driven approach to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Responsibilities:
- Partner with Executive Leadership to define and execute growth strategies.
- Oversee Business Development, Lead Generation, and Email Deliverability teams.
- Design and implement scalable business development initiatives.
- Lead analysis of sales and deliverability metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to streamline lead generation and conversion processes.
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve deliverability rates and maximize ROI.
- Champion a high-performance culture through coaching and professional growth.
- Monitor and report on business development KPIs.
- Cultivate cross-departmental collaboration to align strategies.
- Continuously optimize systems and processes for scalability and automation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role managing SDRs or a sales-focused team.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Leadership, or Revenue Operations (3+ years in senior management).
- Proven success leading and scaling high-performing teams.
- Strong recruitment, training, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of CRM platforms and lead tracking systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
