As our Business Development Lead, you'll be reporting directly to the Head of Revenue, conducting a high-performing team to deliver qualified leads to our Sales team.
You'll be the architect of our lead generation engine, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently as we scale.
You're not just a manager; you're a player-coach, a process guru, and a data wizard, all rolled into one.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to exceed their targets.
- Demonstrate best practices for outbound lead generation, inbound lead management, and discovery call setup.
- Design, implement, and optimize BDR processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze BDR performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Manage and administer various outbound campaign tools, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.
- Develop and manage incentive plans that drive performance and reward achievement.
- Leverage your understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain space to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure a smooth top of funnel collaboration, and to maximize conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and developing a high-performing BDR or sales development team.
- Background in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or financial services. Crypto experience is a major plus!
- Strong reporting acumen, with the ability to distill complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Experience building and optimizing sales development processes.
- Proficiency in managing and administering outbound campaign tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for learning, adapting, and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience creating and managing compensation plans.
